All our garments are handcrafted and made to order as per the design and measurements selected by each customer.
By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and accept our policy. We do not offer exchanges or returns under any circumstances.
Our products are crafted according to the US size chart.
If the item delivered does not match the order specifications and requires minor alterations, we will be happy to assist. For support, please contact us at store@tanikadesigns.com.
Please note that the total billed value of an order cannot be changed. Any design changes or custom adjustments must remain within the originally billed amount.
Since each piece is custom-made, refunds and returns are strictly not available. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing their order.
All required information or follow-up regarding an order must be communicated within 3 months of the billing date.
